Last Friday I screened Young, Deaf & CF at the Barbican and did a Q&A after which was a really great experience. Not only was the Q&A really challenging (in a good way) and made me think about the film in a lot of ways I previously haven’t - it was ace to see the film on the big screen and show some family and friends that hadn’t previously seen it. Will post some photos of the Q&A and possibly a video (filmed by my lovely boyfriend but need to watch first and make sure I don’t look like a babbling idiot!)

In other news I wrapped my NHS shoots and spent most of the rest of the week editing. It’s a task which I really enjoy and can spend hours and hours losing myself in an edit, just need to remember to come up for air every so often!

Off to Amsterdam this week to shoot some interviews for Robert Adanto’s lastest documentary which I’m really excited about, especially since I am working with one of my oldest friends Alana McVerry - we’ve known each other since we were 8! So it should be a lot of fun.

Still from one of the NHS films of a nurse doing a home visit.
