Sushila had a successful career as a teacher before falling ill with kidney failure. She now lives with her doting husband in sheltered accommodation in North London and travels to the hospital 3 times a week for heamodialysis. However this doesn’t stop Sushila who leads an active social life both at the hospital and at the care home.
